Visitor extension.

Hi everyone. Application sent October 2nd, visitor status expires in December. And was yet to receive AOR. I was advised to request an extension on my visitors visa.

I have now received my AOR. Would I still need to request the extension?
From previous posts I’m under the impression that once you receive AOR the application wouldn’t be returned for any mistakes as it’s already been checked.

Also does this now mean I’m on implied status? Rather than visitors?

You have implied status when your visitor status expires if you submitted an OWP application.

I did submit an OWP application along with the the PR application. However I have not heard anything back yet regarding the OWP

If you got AOR then you're probably not going to have it returned.
