I am in Canada in work permit. When my wife entered canada they havent given visitor record. I raised for her visitor record extension on 29th March 2018. I haven't recieved visitor record yet.
I contacted ircc, they are telling that visitor record is approved on 19th April 2018. But they haven't generated it and mailed me. Is there any particular reason for it? i.e not generating it. Or my application has some issues?
