Hi all I applied visiting visa for me and my family members my family got a passport request but I didn’t get it I am a principle applicant I requested web form also waiting for reply
Please help me any other options

very weird, usually PA get PPR first. Anyway you need to wait, it could be system glitch and can take few days to get your PPR. Also check your tracker if it is updated.
