Hello
I have had much time on my hands recently as I just have finished school earlier this year. I have currently been visiting my partner in Canada for the past four months. I was here two months before this visit for a month as well. I am now going home to the US to attend to personal matters. Anyhow, I am visiting about one month after I leave from this four month visit. I am wanting to stay another 1.5 months. Question is, is it likely I would be not allowed to come back and visit my partner? I am staying for both of our birthdays.

It is always a possibility to be refused.

Carry supporting documents that prove you are financially capable, and ties to home/residence country.

Yes I know it's possible to be refused but is it likely I would be refused? Is this visiting too often?

None of us can say for certain since it's up to the CBSA officer. However anything is possible. If the CBSA officer thinks you're starting to behaving as if you're living in Canada, you could have issues. As has been suggested, bring evidence of ties to the US (proof of property ownership/rental, proof of employment, etc.).

I dont mean to steal your thread, I simply just had a question.
What if you don't have a job or a property (owned or rented), how would I prove that I'm going back?

Proof of employment is a good one with a letter of leave from your employer confirming that you're on vacation for a couple of weeks and when you'll be back.

Letter of leave from school... loans, investments, letters of reference that show your commitment to your community, etc. etc.

It wouldn't "prove" it would build a strong case.

I have no loans, investments, and I dont know what commitment to my community would be.
Would the paper I get when I graduate school (which would be this summer, before I leave to visit him) be enough?

Those are options, you have to think of things like that that would help your case.

No. That shows you recently became free to go anywhere (no ties).

That is the problem, I would only have my bank statement, showing I can definitely take care of myself those 6 months, a return ticket, my eta, I wouldn't pack more than one suitcase and I would put 180 or a little less days on the declaration card.
