Visiting or applying for TRV.

Hi All,
Please I wish to visit Canada in towards December of this year Xmas . I have been to the US 3 times on a visit.i have two expired Visas and one expiring in 2019., I work with the prisons in my country, married with 2 kids. I have relatives ( cousin) and in-laws in Canada. I was recently promoted on my job. I have some money in my account. Should I apply Tru tourism or Tru invite from friends and family members, am trying to b careful to avoid refusal. I will appreciate your candid advise

If you are visiting for tourism then that... if you are visitng friends/family then chose that option.
