Visiting on valid PR Card but unmet PR Obligations

Here is my situation:

Got my PR card back in 2007. In the meantime, got a good job in States so decided to move and live here. In 2010, I lived in US for 3 years since I got my PR so I'm probably lost the minimum requirement (residency obligations) to live in Canada.

BUT

My PR card is still valid. Does this entitle me to atleast VISIT Canada? Or have I lost all entry/exit privileges to Canada?

You can visit. If they say nothing, then you go through with your visit as normally. If they say you have lost PR due to residency requirements, they should still let you enter and give you the option to appeal.

you will have no problem to enter if u r coming by land... most prefer use the grayhound,,,, ur own US registered car ........ :)
