visiting india applied for pr in cec old process inside canada can i visit

Can somebody give me proper guidance .As i applied for Pr inside canada in CEC class old process submitted my medical and also paid RPRF fees(1 nov) Because of same personnel reason i have to visit India Is it possible to do further process of passport submission from india once i recieve passport request ?Do i need to Change Home address in this case ,How can i change my visa office from Ottawa to newDelhi.

You need not do anything just go to India wait for PPR and once you get that request for VO change to Delhi do the stamping in Delhi VO and GOTO Canada for landing.

thank you for reply .ok once i get ppt request as all my process is done in canada they will ask me to submit passport in canada but because i am in india i will tell them to change my vo to new delhi(how can i do this online ?) do i have to change my home address to ? will this steps make my file process slow? pls reply
