I am Palestinian citizen, residing in Saudi Arabia. My application is with LVO and as follow:

Medical Request: May 1, 2018
Medical Done: May 9, 2018
Medical Passed: May 12, 2018
Application Forwarded to LVO: June 27, 2018
Pre-Arrival Letter: February 12, 2019
Request Additional Documents: February 21, 2019
Additional Documents Submitted: March 7, 2019
Background Check Under Process: March 29, 2019
As I am expecting to hear back in the next while, I will be in Egypt for a couple of months to visit family. If I get a medical renewal request and/or PPR, can I continue the process from Egypt? Or do I have to go back to Saudi Arabia to do the medical and/or submit the passport for the PR.
