Hi,

We are based here in UAE as of the moment and the contract of my Husband which is (Canadian) is going to expired this July. I am going home to my own country for the mean time because my PR is on process. Im planning to visit him in October.

Will the Canadanian Gov't will allow me to have visit visa?

Anyone please help me/

Regards,

It depends a lot on what country you are from. Some countries, it is probably hopeless; others are possible.
You will need to prove that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit. Things like money in the bank, property in your home country, a child left behind, a job in your own country, are good evidence. For example, you would get your boss to write a letter saying they are giving you a month leave, and that you are expected back.
Since your PR is already in process, applying for a TRV will not hurt your application.
Include a letter saying that you have apploied for the PR, you understand and will follow the rules of Canadian immigration and will leave before your visa expires, and that in any case you know you will have to be at home to receive instructions from CIC and the visa office about your PR application and to go to the interview.

I should start copy and pasting a reply to this... you should try a search on the forum. There are probably 20-30 threads on the exact same topic.
