VISIT VISA FROM INSIDE CANADA

Hey, I have a work permit and I applied for extension of my visit visa more than 3 weeks ago. The wait time from inside Canada is 11 days. I still have not received it. I've called ircc multiple times and they just say to wait. I'm not sure what to do as it has passed the maximum days? Thanks

You cannot extend a TRV so did you apply for a new one or apply for a visitor record. Processing is an estimate when most are processed so nothing to do but wait.

Yes, a new one! Everyone around me has gotten it within 2 weeks so I'm just very upset at this point
