Could anyone please help me with the below queries.
I want to invite my mother in law for few weeks to accompany us in Oct month for 3-4 weeks as my wife is pregnant and due date is in Oct.
My Mother in Law is not working and she is getting pension around 18K INR. She does not have funds in account but has some properties under her name. Will depositing some funds now and then showing them create any problem?
I can fully sponsor her stay including tickets and everything else. What all documents are needed from my side for this.
For proof of bond to native country, what all can be shown. She is living with her son and his wife. She takes care of their children.
Anything else we can do to increase the chances of approval.
