My mother visit visa extension got approved this morning for 1 year with the condition of medical examination.Due to some personal reasons she is leaving on her original return date and is not going to use the extension at all.
My question is does she still need to undergo the medical examination when she is not going to use it. How to let CIC know about this situation. Will it effect her future extension or visa applications if the medical is not done in this situation.
