Visit visa clarification

Hi everyone.

I want to confirm something before I tell my mother in law to book a plane ticket:

1) my wife (her daughter) is a Canadian PR.
2) my wife is expecting a baby in May
3) my mother in law already has a valid, multiple entry visa, valid until 2026.

My wife and I are hoping she can come to Canada for 4-6 months to be here for the birth of the baby, etc. We have a quarantine plan, etc. It seems that from the official policy, that’s she eligible to visit. We just want to make sure. What do you think?

Yes, she can come to Canada.

Depending on when she is flying, she may need to do the 3 day hotel quarantine.
