Hello experts,

Two questions before I begin my parent's application

1. Can I apply for my parents using my own GCKey or new IRCC account or they must have their separate account.
2. My dad is a retiree and mother a homemaker. What could be some strong points for showing strong ties to home? Job letter is out of question, he gets monthly pension and mom has some property.

Thanks!

Hey All,

I have been invited to attend a conference at the end of month of June, I am an Afghanistan citizen currently studying master degree studies in Czech Republic.

How much fund should I need to show, I will be staying in total of Nine days in Canada?

Specifically which portal do I need to submit my application?

How long approximately would it take to know the result of my application?

Hi all
I am hoping to apply for visitor visa for my dad. Should I include "rental contract as an income" for my dad or just his bank statement is fine? Thank you for your help

What are the options. I answered to the two options OP posted.
The only option for temporary status is mentioned below. I am on PGWP but I am not dependent on my parents. What should I do?
1) to visit my spouse, common law partner, dependent child who is in Canada temporarily such as an international student or temporary worker.
Other options include Canadian citizens and permanent residents. There is another option saying
2)to visit other family who are not listed above or friends for less than 6 months.
I am pregnant as well. Can I choose the following option?
3) to provide care for a loved one who needs medical support
