Log in to "MyCIC" account and you will find the reference number.

Applicants should NOT book the tickets and pay for it unless visa is approved. You should only get an itinerary from a travel agent for enclosing with the application. Many tickets are non-refundable and if refundable, cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For my M-I-L, I got only an itinerary from a travel agent and booked the tickets online after she received the PP with the visa stamp. We never know visa validity unless we see the endorsement in the PP.

Our application is not online application. We applied through VFS.

Contact VFS.they will surely be able to give you an update or even email the consulate about the travel date.

Thank you Rank!! We tried sending an email to delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca but it keeps failing and the email is not being delivered to this email address. Is there anyone else facing this issue?
