Hi i want to take a vision test in Ontario but i'm a bit worried if i will be able to get a driver's licence, so long story short i have a drivers licence from Poland for over 24 moths without any tickets or accidents or what ever, and my left eye is perfectly ok, i dont have any vision problem in it, but my right eye is pretty useless, not even glasses are helping me, i have it like that sinc i was born, so my main concern is, will they allow me to drive? or there is no chance for me to get a driver's licence and i will have to take bus till the end of my life :<

I am by no means an expert regarding vision/optometry and such. However have a look at this website:

https://drivetest.ca/tests/vision-tests.html

As you can see, the vision test tests 20/50 vision with both eyes open. So as long as you have enough vision with both eyes you should be ok. On the website it also says that if you fail the vision test you get a form to take to an actual vision specialist. After all the people working at Drivetest are not such specialists. So even if you failed that vision test at the Office, I am sure that an actual specialist would understand your condition.

If you feel very insecure about this, maybe go to a vision specialist first and have this assessed. I am sure they will also know exactly if what you have is a problem for a DL.

Regarding your polish licence, please keep in mind that should you ever get into a police control and they find out you've been using a foreign licence for more than 6 months, then you might get into trouble.

Here, I found something even better:
http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/safety/medical-vision-standards.shtml

I quote:
"You will need to pass a vision test when you apply for your G1 or M1 licence. Your vision will be screened with both eyes open and examined together (with or without the aid of corrective lenses). If you have vision in one eye only your vision will be screened using only your functioning eye."
