I got a job offer from Canada and I followed the process and they gave me a visa representative contact in India and followed the visa process and they told me to pay INR30, 000 for visa application fee and cic charge and they gave me

Too little information but could be it is not genuine but post copy of the offer with personal details removed. Who for example are you paying the fee to ?

Agreed a scam and the common offers in all these scam letters where they promise free feeding, free accommodation and free flights Even the so called invoice is a giveaway asking for a payment to an individuals bank account and not the Canadian Government

And by the way do not think the hospital even exists at the address shown which is right in downtown Toronto and not as shown on the website which by the way was only created 4/2019.
