Visa with overall 6 bands with 5.5 in speaking

In 2018 i passed my diploma of mechanical engineering with 5 backlogs. After that , i scored 6 bands in ielts , which were 7 in listening, each 6 in reading and writing,5.5 in speaking. So in which college or university i can apply with this bands as well as should i choose diploma or degree.
