visa validity after stamping on PP

Dear members ,
i would like to know from members who have received visa and senior members,

As Medicals are valid for one year, visa is valid till the date of medical validity? Or the validity date given in visa that is stamped in passport?

The visa expiry date is the printed in COPR and in the Passport visa?

Yes, the visa validity is shown on visa sticker as well as on your COPR. It could be either the one year from your medical or your passport expiry date, which ever is earlier.

I received my passport request letter from visa office (X),is it possible to pick up my visa from another visa office (Y) that i can travel and now i am in this territory.

CIC sent my file to visa x which i cant travel or send my pass to because of some political issue.
