Visa show"This does not authorize re-entry."I can't back to hometown during?

Hi, I'm from Taiwan. I'm international student who study in Canada.
I studied at language school for ten month and it will finish on April in 2016.
I have applied the new school and it will start by May in 2016.
I'd like to go back to Taiwan for two weeks then I will come back on April 23, 2016.
I confused that the visa show those words,
does it mean that if I studied in Canada, even if I have long holiday, I can't come back to my hometown?
I also visit the immigration office but there's no one can't answer my question....
I'm homesick, still worry about those words...
does anyone know that can tell me? Thank you !

Apply for re-entry visa- fill the form online, pay fees- u will get re-entry visa in two weeks. Make sure u don't leave without doing that.
