Visa Rejection. Tips/Help needed.

Hey guys! I got my student visa rejected yesterday. (1st time). The reason given was : Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Alright so first I am totally frustrated because I thought my application was totally up to the mark. But then again we always feel we are up to the mark. Anyways, I need your thoughts and take on the reason given. Should I reapply? I dont want to appeal. Or would it better to not waste anymore time and money? If I should reapply is there anything different I can do like maybe address these issues in the letter of explanation?

your qualifications - did u clearly submit Transcripts or qualification doc
previous studies, - this depends on what was ur studies and what course have you opted
missing marksheets, - point no 1
academic record, - point no 1
level of establishment, not sure
language abilities, DId u appear for IELTS or English proficiency test and submitted the results
or your future prospects and plans. - Strong SOP will help.

I presume if u work on the above things should be ok reapplying with clearing above points and a good SOP clearing above comments can help....

I have finished my high school studies (Phy, Chem, Maths, CS, Eng)
I had gotten an aggregate of 60%
Harv's Air (1 year)
I submitted my visa app on 9 Sep, Rejected on 4 Oct.
Is it maybe because I have a couple of Gap years that I maybe need to address in my SOP?

Ok so I filled out the online forms generated by the website. I did not upload my marksheet as there was no place to upload my marksheets, etc. Is there something I'm missing here? Should I cover more about my Academics in the SOP?
My SOP had a few details about what I'd do after returning to my home country. Like three-four lines.

ok in form there is an option of have you taken English test?? did u tick yes.

Also did they ask for your IELTS results and Transcripts?? as was there a request for additional requirment post submission of your application.

No I did not take the test. The institute told me it wasnt required. Although I did fail to mention it in my SOP.
