Visa rejection due to inappropriate program

I got rejection yesterday after having AIP, I think it may be related to the course as I took a diploma course after masters. But it is also confusing me Aip means they have already checked our eligibility criteria. Can some one please help me in clearing this.

Yes a masters is a much more advanced degree than a diploma and you need to show that your choice of program makes sense based on your previous history and education. It’s unclear how it was determined who got AIP. Had you started your studies?

No I deferred my program from sep 2020 to sep 2021 intake. Today I applied for gcms note and also planning to take any pg courses. But I am in confusion with withdrawing the current offer letter and applying the new course now or waiting for 30 days to get gcms notes and after reapply it.
