If he is financially well settled then he needs to show all the funds to support your studies. If tuition is $54k and you need at least $30k per year (low) for living expenses that is $84k. At this point, tuition is not even covered.He is well short of showing that you can afford your studies. If showing $45k then where will the other $40k come from? Future income doesn’t count.
