Where did u apply. All CHC's have different processing time periods averaging 3-4 weeks.

No! that is not an indication that your visa will be rejected...It took them more than 1.5 months for them to issue me a visa under SPP back in 2010. Now I am on 3 yr PGWP.....Some cases just go on a spin but dont worry they are resolved soon..
