then go for post graduate diploma, It'll give you visa. Advance diploma needs 14 years of education,you already studied 15 years (that's why visa rejection), Masters need 16 years of education. Only option is Post graduate diploma.

well rejection letter says ielts and %age is not sufficient,,,
