Hlo sir i have been refused one time study visa from Canada by the reason that officer cannot satisfied that i come back after study period .what can I do now please give me some information about it

Bro capies notes take only 1 month I applied so many time and cost only 5 dollar
I paid $200 and i have not received it yet......It's more than 70 days....
