Hi Guys,
My parents' visa entry which was valid for 6 months was expiring on 8th Sep 2020, so I applied for a visa Record which is like extending their stay because of Covid.
I submitted the application and it asked me to submit 85$ for biometrics which was weird as biometrics is on hold.
Now their application is still struck on status: Biometrics required.
I tried calling Service Canada and they said they won't allow biometrics for a visitor visa.
Please help>?
