Visa Processing

Hi,

I have applied to 5 colleges via ontariocolleges.ca for post graduate diploma. I am from Pakistan. I am working in KSA as an Electrical Engr as a permanent resident. I have 4+ years of working experience in my field. My questions are as follows.

1. Do I need to provide IELTS as I have my exemption letter from the university I graduated. Also it is mentioned in my transcript that medium of instruction was English. I have given IELTS GENERAL back in 2013 and my score was 7.0

2. Which embassy will process my visa. Canadian embassy in Pakistan or KSA as in ontariocolleges.ca application form, they asked about my citizenship not my residency .

See if u provide ielts it would probably be a good idea. It ll add more positivity to your profile as in already u have done bachelors so getting a good score would be easy task.Your visa chances will increase by adding English proficiency . So do ielts and try to get 6.5 with atleast 6 in each module. It's officer discretion to see your profile so, go with ielts
