Visa Offices for Express Entry.

Hello Guys,

I was wondering where all the Express Entry applications are being processed. I am from India and got my ITA on September 17th, I was curious to where my application will be processed once I submit. Will it be New Delhi?

Can you share your information where your Visa Office was allocated?

I was told all is processed in Canada, Ottawa for PR RR.

But who knows ...

Yeah? That's what I am trying to find out too. Also, people are reporting that they are getting verification calls from New Delhi for the applicants in India which is a bit strange if the applications are being processed in Canada.

All express entry applications are being processed in Ottawa.
The issuing of PR visas once the application is approved however is done at the Local Visa Offices.

Not all express entry applications are processes in Ottawa. Some apps submitted by Outlanders are processed in their local visa offices which has a faster application processing time than Ottawa. I personally know someone whose app was processed in his LVO.

Thanks for the clarification Anya, I haven't heard such cases before but it is good to know that there are some apps entirely processed locally.
