visa not yet issues

hello frndz,
i applied fr my student visa on 3rd nov 2016, i applied offline, vfs mumbai, and have linked the application online.

i can only see that the medical has been cleared and the status is open, and final decision not yet started.

its 22 days now, wat to do,,,,,,,,,,,,,

same here i have submitted my application on 28th oct. at VFS ahmedabad, but fina decisionis still showing not started.

me either filed visa online on 28th Oct. on 11th there is passport request since then no revert from high commission. Don't know whats wrong
