Visa got rejected (SDS Category), Can I apply in same college or different one?

Hi There,

I have applied for a student visa for Canada under the SDS category, Unfortunately, my visa got refused to say: Not satisfied you will leave Canada after your study & chosen program/study not meet with the present program requirements

I have attached all my documents like Education, Employment docs like SOP, salary slips, bank statements, Form 16 & 26 AS tax forms, Tuition fee receipt, GIC everything I have forwarded to a consultant to attach to my Visa file. I have chosen the Program Management course for May 2021 intake in St. Lawrence College, Toronto.

My Profile :

B.E(2014), Mtech(2016) (Mechanical)& having 5 years of Experience in Air conditioning field. Wanted to pursue higher education in Project Management course

My Queries are ;

1. My College asking me to apply for a Tuition fee refund as my Visa got rejected and not allowing me to defer the program.

2. I have got another offer letter from Durham College, Can I transfer my fees from St Lawrence to Durham College?

3. My College told me that it will take min of 4-6 weeks for the Tuition fee refund process.

I have done my Medicals & Biometrics and got passed. Now, I will be applying for a revised Explanation letter, CA certificate(Funds), Bank statements, Employment docs, etc.

Should I get Visa if applying for Sep 2021 intake?

2. No you cannot transfer the money from one college to another. How exactly would you do that?
Should you apply? Can you fulfill the timeline of getting refund in time for your next application payment?

U make sop by ur self or agent ? If agent then mostly cases are refused . U maje ur own sop .also apply gcms notes

Ubcan transfer money if like nivatas they have many uni in there group like this
