visa got rejected please help

dear friends,
my visa got rejected because of same common reason of " your proposed studies are not reasonable...." i wish to reapply again. do i need to submit all the documents along with my additional explanation letter.

please help....

well i already sent them the medical report long time back....

did u apply from Chandigarh or New Delhi? and you did medicals before sending the application?

i sent it to new delhi and i sent the medical a day or two before sending the application...but i just dont know whether i have to send all the documents again or just the documents for which my application was refused

apply again with statement of purpose explaining how the proposed studies are in line with your previous education. If its not, then give some rationale as to why are u choosing this field of study and how is going to benefit your career once u complete the education. Be precise as to your choice of studies, your career goals and why you chose a particular university/college. Hopefully things will work out. If possible provide recommendation letters from employer/college professors etc.

They must have returned all your documents back so you need to submit everything again with your new application. But there is no need for medical examinations as they are usually valid for 6 months or so.

well thank you very much but they have not sent my documents back just the refusal letter and my passport

Before you reapply you need to sit back and look at all your papers.Try and identify where you may have gone wrong .Is it mismatch?home ties?insecererity in answering qstns.

I intent to think your case is mismatch of studies.

If you rush to re apply,it will be the samething.

So take your time and get the visa.CANADA IS NOT RUNNING AWAY ok.

you got refused after medical on the grounds that the proposed study is not reasonable

i thought they check the papers...if everything seems ok they ask for medical>>>>>

Dude please read the others posts , he applied from New Delhi and appeared for medicals before filing the application.

I guess its in Pakistan that those with sound chances of getting visa are issued medical request. But the medical request letter clearly mentions that getting medicals does not mean that your visa has been granted. But most of the times, you get visa after medical. Its only rare that they reject it.
