Visa for January 2019 status

Hello everyone
I have filed my visa for jan intake on 1st aug, offline sds at canada visa office, new delhi. I received 2 acknowledgment letters in aug and sept. I linked my gckey account on 24 sept. The status was we are reviewing your eligibilty, you do not need medical. Till date the status hasn’t been changed. Its still in process. I gave upfront medical and clarified my reports also through the hospital. There are no issues on medical. My docs are also complete. I have mailed embassy also enquiring about ny case. But no reply. What should i do now? Its been 4 months no updates for my case. Help me out.

check ststus on gckeyHii my application tracking status is showing that my passport has been dispached from visa application centre...what it means +ve or _ve
anytime. i got yesterday on second working day after review startedHi my cousin applied for January intake on oct 24. She applied at VFS Chandigarh and while tracking it is showing your application is being processed.
I saw at forum some said they are checking and status is showing file reviewing etc
Within how many days we can expect anything further
