Visa for adult dependent sibling

Hi anyone suggest me anything about visa process for my dependent sister, i am P.R in canada from more than 2 year. I have sister in india around age 30. So i want to any similar case in that anyone could get visa or how i can go ahead in this visitor visa or pnp.

for visit visa, you could apply directly online or on paper. all she needs to show is your t4 and a letter if your sponsoring her stay. thats all
