Visa denied but confused as to why?

So I received a LMO from an employer who I used to work for in Canada, I then applied for work permit using this LMO which was denied with the reason that "I do not meet the requirements of the LMO". I don't know how this is possible when the job that the LMO is for is a job that I have previously done for the same company. If anyone has any explanation as to how this could happen that would be greatly appreciated

Nope just the box the ticked next to " Other Reasons : You do not meet the requirements of the LMO"
