I just sent the new letter of acceptance from the school in Manitoba to CIC. They have delayed my application since April 19 that I did the application. They mailed me back on July 19to respond to the reason y I said have not been refused a visa in entry another country. Meanwhile have been refused a visa in entry UK for study permit. Though I stated it on the application form that have been refused a student visa to the UK but tick NO... On the form. Have sent them all the refusal clearance UK issued to me. I just sent them the new letter of of acceptance and the proof of part payment of my tuition fee which is about $7000 . The new LOA indicate that have been given admission for February intake. Can someone tell me if I will be favourably considered?

You ticked NO on the visa form where it asked if you have been rejected visa from some other country?
