Visa delay

I applied for my Canada work permit since August 2 and they only review medical exam and biometric and we do not need additional documents.the processing time is 21weeks December make it 21weeks up till now no decision has been made

You're in for a wait pal. Stay patient, processing times are unpredictable now.

Ok thanks.i suppose to resume duty November 7 last year.hope there will not cancel the contract.is there still chance I will get the visa

I strongly believe no hope. I applied on July 15 but till now no update, they are approving quickly for some and not for others, not sure what is the pattern they are following, ridiculous immigration process

Since there is no hope they should let us no on time than we wasting our time waiting
