I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication for University of Pune,India in 2010. I have got 10-12 Backlogs during my Academic year but I cleared it within 4 years. I heard from some counselors that I cannot apply under Canada SPP Program for PG Diploma program in Networking because of too many Backlogs. But, Apart form Bachelors, I have done Cisco Certification Courses. I am an Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and currently pursuing Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Will this be an add-on to my Qualifications. Will it improve my chance of VISA under SPP ?

Definately backlog history effects in visa issuance.. But still you can try.. There are people who got visa inspite of having 20-30 backs.. The certifications you have will surely be the add-ons.

Thank You.. Your Answer really helped... Can You please suggest some colleges for 2 year PG Diploma in Networking like Humber college, etc... I need to know whether PG Diploma course are more Practical Studies or are a kind of more theoretical..

Also, what is the job market for Networking in Canada... I'm also planning to complete my CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) from Canada.

You can go for visa application but if you have low percentage in your last exam then that will be a problem
There are some colleges in vancouver which provide 2 year PG course, i dont remember the name of a certain college but you can search on google
