I checked the link...According to it I am eligible to apply for Canada.. I just want to know that when everything is OK what are chances of getting visa ..as I have heard that chances are less to get visa on work permit..

I never heard that before. Why would your chances be lower when you have a work permit?? Doesn't make sense to me.
Apply and see what happens.
