I have a problem. I came to Canada in 2008 with my parents, they are diplomat so I don't need a study permit at that time. Now there term expired and I have to apply for a study permit. I sent my application to buffalo. Three weeks later, i received my passport back with a visa and but not my study permit. What should I do now?
