Hello,
I am an mtech graduate in nanotechnology and have secured 7.02 cgpa. My ielts score is 7.5.I got admission for post graduate diploma in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs in toronto institute of pharmaceutical technology, toronto.I have very well explained the connection of the courses in SOP. I applied for visa under generic category on February 20th, I havent recirleved any updates yet. My classes beginning on april 20. No medical calls yet. is getting too late?
Is there a chance of visa refusal?

What do u mean by generic category? Did you check your application status in the VFS bangalore website Track your application page (if there is one).

Yep. I tracked, its showing under processing in vfs bangalore. General category *

If your status shows processing it should be fine. check the thread titled something similar to VFS india (may intake). Seems like Indian Visa offices are taking more time than usual.

Plus by general category do you mean you didn't make a study permit application and instead applied for a Visitor visa? If you applied for a visitor visa with the intention of studying your chances of getting a visa are comparatively low.

General category, by that I mean non spp category. My colg isnt spp listed. I have applied for study permit only.

I also applied online for study permit on 5 march from abu dhabi, till now no updates even status is showing open....stil my application is not in process...anyone knows how long it ll take time to start a process...m really wworried..
