Just landed! here is my timeline for reference Im from Netherlands, applied in vienna with outland sponsorship for Quebec, but already in canada with Working Holiday Permit, yesterday I flag poled at the border.

We received your application for permanent residence on August 10, 2016.
We started processing your application on September 27, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

My husband was accepted as sponsor September 21, 2016
I received CSQ December 7, 2016
Decision made, 13 March 2017


I received my CoPR finally the 4th of April, and landed yesterday 9th of April

Hi. How many applicants are left from Vienna office who applied since May 2016? We are couple of sponsors on the Ankara thread who sponsored our husbands May/June 2016 through Ankara VO and we have no clue what is going on. Do you have success contacting the visa office? Do you get answer to specific enquiries? What approaches do you take to follow up? Did you go to your MP and did MP contact the VO and do anything? We don't know what to do?! What I know from GCMS notes is that my husband file is in security screening since 24 Oct 2016.

my mistake. That's the date myCIC showed background check in progress and also Ankara disclosed it with my MP but they told him that for security reason they cannot disclose anything about security to anyone.

I know, it is so hard to wait this long.
I'm June 2016, it is getting harder and harder every day.
Last i heard anything from Vienna was back in November.
I'm not sure what is taking so long, but it is frustrating.

It's funny because I had an interview in the middle of October and they did not ask nothing there.
They ask for fingerprints for rcmp certificate and because right now I'm living in the UK police report from here.
The RCMP certificate took a little bit long but everything was in the 13th of January.
Since then nothing.
Just waiting

I didn't hear anything since the sponsor approval almost 8 months now
