Hello all! I submitted my EE application on December 23rd. and still haven't heard from IRCC! My visa office is also in Austria cause I am a student in Germany. How long does it normally take?

What is your timeline?

Well this is my timeline according to CIC.
We received your application for permanent residency on July 8th 2016
We started processing your application on August 22nd 2016
We sent you a letter on September 29th 2016
You have an interview scheduled October 19th 2016
Medical results have been received
Additional documents requested December 2016
Everything was in before the 20th of January.
So right now We're just waiting

Probably you're right.
They are still hibernating, no wonder it's still cold.
Let's hope when spring comes the good news for everybody going to come to.

Applied in July for CSQ
CSQ approval 8th of August
CIC requested scan of CSQ on Jan 11th
March 24th Medicals request over MyCiC
March 24th Police certificates request plus pictures and additional family info via personal email directly to my parents.
