hey Vienna Forum anybody got a good news, messnehfer how is everything in Greece, did you contact Vienna

Hi Europe hope you are doing well!
I am very mad at my self for not being able to control my urge to check my email 30 times a day and everytime i see a new entry here in Vienna forum I tend to think that someone got his good news so who knows maybe is my turn.
No absolutely nothing, nada, zip news from Vienna VO. Last week I made another yet Case Specific inquiry asking them about how to send the fee for Visa but only an automated reply came back to me.
Our E-cas is the same (Applications received and Medicals received)
I gotta find a way to stop checking but it's like a drug!
Hope your hubby is happy and likes his new life! Did you take him across the border yet?

i know how you ar efeeling , i was like this i checked my personal email ,my wotrk emai ECAs every second, i would recomend to email your MP , or to call them , i know VIenna is not going to reply a lot in your emails, they never replied to me , everything i heard was from my MP,
my hubby is doing find, yeah we went croos the border,

My Greek MP cannot do much about Canadian immigration (Just joking)
I live in Greece so that's out of the question hehehe
No, I don't want to bother about making any inquiries at the moment. As Sweden told me it is still earlyto start calling them as they might not yet opened my file!
I believe this make sense!
I will just be patient and all I can do is a little sarcasm of my situation 1

Messenger i remebred last year when Vienna had my file , first time i heard from Them in October askign my husband for the interveiw, from May until october never had any news from them , immagine , hope your are goign to have some good news and not to wait like us.

Messengers i think Elizabeth aplied for PArents and grandparents visa and that is taking a year or longer , but when is a Spouse Visa is taking less.

Elizabeth can you explain us which class of Visa you aplied

Hi Guys

I applied for parent sponsorship plus a dependent

Applied: Nov 2007
We didnt meet the income portion but our file was still transferred we were off by a small amount. Also I emailed Vienna our current income because back in 2007 we werent making as much as we are now. Hopefully they take that into consideration

File Transferred to Vienna; may 6th 2012

They haven't asked for medicals yet

San Bens it is really nice being together with husband , i started workign yesterday but thnxc god he knows english and he can finish things what he need to do , he got his SIN number and the bank accoubnt we just need to do his OHIP , and to get a driving license , i hope he will find also a job

I hear you. After all that waiting,life finally moved on. My hubby just got a job offer today and we're now house hunting! It still feels strange sometimes not to check e-cas everday

I hope the rest of you guys get your papers verryyyy soon before their summer vacations start!!!!

my husband is looking now for the job , i hope he will find fast, here in windsor is not a lot easy to find a job , and the first time job is really hard, we are in our apartment , how is your hsuband doing , you are right i feel like sometimes i need to check Ecas and see what is going own,
hope everyone who is waiting for the papers are going to have soon , and not to wait like us

We got Decision Made!!

Now we have to wait for the letter and hoping it's a positive decision!!
Anyone knows how long it take before you receive the letter?

the only update in my case is that I sent Vienna an email the day before yesterday asking them whether they had received the required documents for my background check. they replied back the very next day (much to my surprise) with the following:

Thank you, we have received the up-dated form. Your application in pending background verifications. You will be informed about the further steps after all background checks and teh review of your application have been completed,

my status is still application received on ecas. the email address that I used for communication is re-vienn.immigration@international.gc.ca
