I had my interview on 16 Oct 2012 and from 19 Oct 2012 I'm in process. I'm still waiting. I don't know if I have to redo my medical. It's expired but Vienna didn't send me nothing about the medical. One woman had interview in same time with me and she got her documents after 3 week and on the end of December she landed. I don't know why I'm waiting so long. I hope you'll get earlier your documents. Good luck!!!

Hello all

Since last October i was just an observer here asking lots and lots of questions, but today i like to announce that we did my spouse's medicals and right now I am holding her medical report and hopefully we will be able to include it in our apps ready to be send by the first week of February.
Please note!
I am Greek and my spouse is from Fyro Macedonia so we drove up to Skopje on our date with IOM (International Organization Migration) is the office that has the doctors for the medicals.
Although the staff there were very friendly i cannot say the same for their knowledge of the procedure. The secretary was insisting that we should not do the meds until our applications are approved contrary to my objections (she didn't even let me explain). Of course I insisted that this is wrong and according to CIC guide we should have the meds done prior to sending in the apps.
Luckily for us the doctor whom i like to thank heard our side and she agreed that this is correct and we proceeded with the exams.
So as a small advice for anyone who is supposed to do the exams in Skopje be careful as to what the receptionist is advising you!
Hope all of you who are waiting to have good news before the week ends!

The medical must be send with all documents. Our lawyer told us last year when we were collecting the documents. But is good to make the medical very close before sending the documents because in that case someone will save to redo the medical. I did the medical 07.01.2012 and sent the documents 01.02.2012. They still didn't ask me to redo the medical and I hope I'll not redo. :)

Good luck!!!

Lenchik, did the letter arrive through email or regular post? Any change at ecas? I'm still just at "app recieved"
