days away from PPR my wife was like that and it took 3 i belive days and got PPR emailOur gc key account changed today. Under documents it used to say “we are reviewing additional documents” but just recently changed to “not applicable”. Did the same thing happen to anybody else?
That makes me feel a bit better although I still believe it’s way too early. We’re only on month 6 and my spouse is from Bosnia, I hear that all applicants from Bosnia take much longer than anyone else to get PPR lol. Where is your wife from?days away from PPR my wife was like that and it took 3 i belive days and got PPR email
Oh no, where did you hear that?? My spouse is also from Bosnia. I really hope it doesn’t take longer than anyone else! That makes me feel a bit better although I still believe it’s way too early. That would be so bad, two years ... i am october 18thI also hope it’s not true! However I have two friends whose husbands are from Serbia and they were able to bring their husbands over in 6 months. My kuma brought her husband from Bosnia here and it took close to two years! He was a police officer though so that could be why? I’m a September applicant. When did you guys send your applications in?
I’m so glad I’m not the only one bringing a spouse over from Bosnia on this forum lol! Good luck!!That would be so bad, two years ... i am october 18th

All it means is that at the specific date and time they contacted you, in other words its a journal entry that was recorded (They just record all the activities that have taken place) . if you have already uploaded them to your GCKEY then you are done with this correspondent from them, there is no need to resend any documents.Just checked application status today.
1. We have received your application on sept 22, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on December 12, 2017.
3. We sent you correspondence on Nov 3rd, 2017. If you have not provided the requested documents please do so as soon as possible.
4. Medical results have been received.
I’m so confused about #3! Correspondence on nov 3rd was for schedule A form and PCC and they have both been updated. Is that just a formality or does it mean I need to resend something??
Awesome! I’m expecting for them to request another police certificate from a country my spouse studied in. They sent instructions to only send pcc from the country where he currently lives and has spent most of his adult life and that they’ll request other pcc forms if necessary at a later time. Only 6 months in and I feel like it’s already been forever. All it means is that at the specific date and time they contacted you, in other words its a journal entry that was recorded (They just record all the activities that have taken place) . if you have already uploaded them to your GCKEY then you are done with this correspondent from them, there is no need to resend any documents.
@Jelvuk Oct 11th applicant, I don't think it takes so long now honestly...I know a few people who applied before December 2016 (when the processing times were shortened), and even for them it took less than a year. In the whatsapp group I'm in someone posted that GCKey is much more reliable now - a call center agent confirmed to them that if you see "we are reviewing your documents" or something similar it now really does mean your documents are being reviewed by a visa officer. Still don't know how much we can trust that info and even if it's true for us it means they haven't looked at the docs since it just says "...docs have been uploaded" lol I think I'm going to go crazy by the end of this thing![]()
