Hi guys .. today i went to do my medical examinations but they didn't allowed me to do them because i don't have a passport as my passport unfortunately have been stolen earlier in this month .
I have applied for a new one
But at the medical center they asked for a photo ID .
But i dont have any at all .
What should i do now??
To who should i write an Email??

I have a been informed that i should undergo a medical examination as i received the Email 25 day's ago.

Unfortunately my passport was stolen in the past month , i already have applied for a new one , but this will take 4 - 6 week's time .

Today i was at the panel physician medical center in Vienna but they couldn't help me because i dont have a passport or any other photo ID.

It is deeply troubling that my passport bave been stolen.

Kindly help advise on the next step as I am quite confused on what to do.

hello!our application was sent to mississauga 2.08 received 4.08 13.08 spouses approved sponsorship, what further? now they send it to vienna that I am now waiting for further instructions.?

That's going on lightning speed Did they request police clearance and Schedule A? If you already provided all of that - then now you are waiting for medical request and if they do not need anything else --> you would be waiting for passport request!

If you have proof that your docs were lost meaning if you have police declaration and other stuff than send an email to Vienna with the attached police declaration and ask them to extend your medicals until you get new passport.

If you don't get the request within ...probably 5-10 days its a good idea to call and ask whether they indeed request that but the request just never reach you....

We assume that it may be checked, so it will only then appear, or maybe they will be sent for vienna, and then they will ask. My husband is Canadian and children are Canadians.

Yes i have a police declaration and other stuff that will assist my situation .

An affidavit is a piece of paper accompanying the translation saying something along these lines: "I certify that the translation of the documents attached is a true and accurate translation of the original."

This affidavit needs to be in English (since the translator works with Dutch <> English, he/she should have no problem writing this in English). Some translators even put this sentence at the bottom of the translation.

This is a sample of an affidavit (the one I had for my translations).




P.S. I couldn't find a translator in Germany who knew what this was. I googled a translator in Canada and contacted them. Sent him scans of my documents, he sent the original translation to me by mail (I paid him the mailing fee). But all together, it cost me way less than what I would have paid here in Germany. Paid him with PayPal, 80 CAD for 3 documents, here I would have paid 70 euros for only 1 document. And since he is based in Canada and registered with a Canadian Association of translators, there is no reason CIC will doubt the authenticity of the translation.

Dont forget to ask them for extension of your medicals until you get new passport.

You must sent the docs only on behalf of request.
