Hi everybody

I just want to say goodbye for 4 weeks. My honey and I will go on a vacation to the Philippines on Wednesday and I won't be able to go online until January 20th (and I don't want to either). I have two crazy days at work left and then we're ready to go. It's time to escape the Canadian winter. It's been too cold for the last few weeks with too much snow. I'm ready to relax on the beach

I hope you will enjoy the upcoming Christmas days and wish you a Happy New Year 2014. All of us will receive good news from Vienna next year

Hi Yoda

Yes last week after I got the info from here I downloaded the apps and had them signed and forwarded them to my friend who lives in Richmond Hill Ontario and he mailed them by snail mail to the CIC and paid the $5 fee.
So hopefully by mid January we might have something from that end. I just wish that Vienna actually sends a couple of COPR's before Christmas so we can all feel better!

Yes, I agree. This silence is anguishing.
But we all need to stay positive.
I believe CIC will in February refresh statistical datasheets so than we will see Vienna cadence and how much of backlog cases is still pending.
This is best available indicator that could show where we are...

I am sure that what ever they present on those reports would not make any actual sense. They can cook up data nicely!

I am planning to leave the Vienna worry behind me during these days and try to enjoy the holy season here in the old country with the only wish to spend the next one in Canada

We go to Palawan. We start in Puerto Princesa and travel through Port Barton, El Nido and Culion and Busuanga Island.
The Problem is that Philippine Airlines changes our flights all the time even now two days before we leave. Our flight confirmations don't match our tickets and obviously we are now booked on flights we don't have a reservation and no tickets for. It's really confusing. Hotline tells us something different than the online booking team. We actually don't have a clue on which flights we are booked. It drives me nuts
