newpal & little_apple since the two of you seem to be from Germany too, what courier service did you use to send your application package to Mississauga?

I have only the meds left which I will get done next week. After that we are ready to send in our application.

Oh okay thank you very much ;)

Tom, pls promise you wont disappear from here once you receive good news. I can feel its coming soon for you
And I already miss you from here. I like everybody here as well, but you are kind of holding us together ;)

I will stick around for sure. Just like Europe does. :) :) Thank you for your friendship!

Who knows. if things turn out well for everyone here one day we can all meet to celebrate in person!

I started getting my application ready around this time last year and I believe it was somewhere in between 7-10 months.

You are right but not exactly :) :)

Last November the posted times were 9 months! At the same time Rome was 14 months. Rome usually takes an average of 7 months to sent COPR. Vienna is now at 12 months with NO COPR given to anyone where Rome is now 13 months and they are giving COPR's in the same rate!

Capish? :D :D :D hahahaha

EDIT: Just checked New Delhi VO
From a total of 89 applicants in 2013, already 13 have received COPR's, 3 are In Process, and I am sure that their spreadsheet is not updated with the latest! It looks like they are now processing February apps!
Remember that New Delhi is a striking VO too.

Wooow so many contradictions. Tom, at this phase I wonder is it better to be that informed or stay in the dark and just wait. When I read about those other VO I get even more frustrated :(

Could you explain to me what are these notes people order that immigration officers make while processing applications? like comments about what documents are missing or the status of background checks... I didn't see anyone here mentioning it, I suppose it depends on the VO? We poor Vienna applicants cannot order them?

Only thing I check is the CIC website, Check application status, add info... UCI and so on... that's Ecas, right? We have no other way to see the status of our application?

You didn't see anyone here mentioning it for a plain reason mein lieben freund! (Sorry for my German)
Because no one here from our group is in process yet!
I hope this explains the latter part of your question
As for your first part, these notes you may order through CIC to see any actual notes the officers did on your application. I believe these could be notes as to the red flags, thoughts of the officer re: YOU and many other colorful things.
Maybe Europe knows better about this.
