Office Hours

Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30.

If it is about your application, it is unlikely that they will talk to you.

If a request concerns an application already being processed in our office we will answer only if the processing time is longer than announced or if there is a problem. Otherwise, the correspondent must assume that we have noted his/her message and that processing of his/her application is proceeding normally.

Thanks, but I wonder how big are the lineups if anyone ever been there?
Should one come at 6am or 8am to be able to pass?
